Where we deliver

WoodlandGoods currently serves customers across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Estimated delivery time

Orders to these regions typically arrive within 8–15 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs reviews, carrier disruptions, weather and other exceptional circumstances may extend the journey.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after your order is dispatched. Please allow the carrier time to register the first scan.

Address accuracy

Please check the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed or lost parcels
